1. A pre-alert is sent for every shipment on the day of to: sfoffsk@wfs.aeroand Joycelin.salariosa@wfs.aero; Christian-diaz@wfs.aero confirming flight number, awb number,pallet number, pieces and weight.
   
2. The cargo is cleared and terminal fees are paid in advance.

3. The driver is onsite with paperwork to retrieve cargo by 19:30pm.
