    What if I need help during the transition?

    Your local customer support team is ready to assist you with any issues or questions you might have during this transition.  You can find the contact details for your local customer support under About SAS Cargo in the menu bar.

    Do I need to have an AWB number on hand to create a booking with SAS Cargo?

    Yes, you need an AWB number on hand. System cannot allocate a number from neutral stock. This also includes other third party channels. If you have not received a number please contact our AWB support team at awbstock@sas.dk

    Will there be any disruptions to booking services during the transition?

    During the transition, our website will undergo temporary maintenance. However, we aim to minimize inconvenience by scheduling this maintenance primarily over the weekend. Starting September 1st, 2024, we kindly ask you to utilize your new User Name on our updated website.

    What will happen to my existing bookings and data?

    All your existing active bookings, allotments and data will be securely transferred to your new User Name. You will have access to all your branches active bookings once you log in with your new User Name.

    If you or one of your colleagues have not received the email to create a new User Name, what should you do?

    If you haven't received an email with a User Name before the launch of the new website, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If it's not there, please contact your local customer support team. Once you have the email, you'll need to retrieve the User Name mentioned and use it to initiate the process of obtaining a new password by logging in and utilizing the "Forgot Password" feature.
