Overfly permit

Denmark:

For shipments to, from, and via an airport in Denmark:

Any shipment containing weapons, explosives, war equipment, or munitions imported to, exported from, or transferred via an airport in Denmark (CPH) requires an Overfly Permit before departure from the previous station. The permit must be attached to the Air Waybill (AWB) upon delivery at the export station.

Norway:

For import shipments:

Arms and Ammunition: An Import Permit must be obtained from the Norwegian Police Department at the destination airport.
Explosives: An Import Permit must be obtained from the Direktoratet for samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap.

Sweden:

For import shipments:

Sporting Arms: A license must be obtained from the country administration.
For transfer shipments:

Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives: A Transit License must be issued by Inspektionen för Strategiska Produkter (ISP).

Note:
A transit license is not required if the shipment is being delivered from one EU or EEA country to another EU or EEA country and a valid export license from the exporting EU or EEA country is available.

Stations planning to ship such consignments must ensure that the necessary license is obtained by the Freight department at the relevant transit station. Do not ship the goods until you receive confirmation granting transshipment, which typically takes approximately 10 days. The license application should include the number of articles, net weight and gross weight, caliber, value, shipper, consignee, and purpose.
