Go to the top right corner on the website and click login
- In the menu “Offer and Order” select submenu “User Administrator” under “Admin”

- On this page select “My Branch users” to get an overview of Pending and Approved Users

In this screen you will have a list of Pending Users and another tab for Approved Users.

Pending Users (Approve/Reject)
- Select the pending user and Click on Approve or Reject to directly approve or reject the user.
It is also possible to get more detailed information about the user.
- Click on arrow button to get into the detailed information on the specific user

In the detailed information view you Approve or Reject the user.

Approved Users
Under this tab you will have a full list of all users that has been approved. In the top it will mention how many users are in this list.
Note: If a user has been rejected after it was approved then the user will stay in the approved list. To remove this user from this list please see section “Remove from Branch”

Search for a user by using any of the search criteria in the list e.g. e-mail


- Click the arrow beside the user you want to update or to see more information about the user


Reject a user
- Go to the Approved users tab.
Under this tab you will have a full list of all users that has been approved. In the top it will mention how many users are in this list.
Note: If a user has been rejected after he was approved then the user will stay in the approved list. To remove this user from this list please see section about Remove from Branch

Search for a user by using any of the search criteria in the list e.g. e-mail


- Click the arrow beside the user you want to update or to see more information about the user

- Go to “Account information” tab
- Click on “Deactivate Account”

- Enter the reason for deactivation of the account
- Click on “Yes, deactivate” to complete the process

Change the user to an Administrator
If the user needs to change to an Administrator then Approve the user
Find the user in Approved users tab
- Mark the Branch Admin tick mark.
- Click on “Add roles and Permissions” button

- Mark the permission OOCUSTADM in the list
- Click “Apply” button to add permission

- Click on “Update” button to apply permission and update the user ad administrator
