How It Works

In the Booking Portal:

When creating a booking, leave the AWB (Air Waybill) field blank. As you proceed, a number will automatically be assigned from the Global Neutral Stock Pool.

If the booking is cancelled, the AWB number will be returned to your Stock Pool, not the Global Neutral Stock Pool.

In WebCargo:

You will now have the option to select Neutral Stock during the booking process.

The "Assign from Stock" Button:

This will continue to take numbers from your Stock Pool—no changes here.

Before using Neutral Stock, please clear your browser cache to ensure everything works correctly.
