Termination of EBR Requirements for Shipments to the USA

Effective immediately, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has withdrawn the requirement for an Established Business Relationship (EBR) statement for air cargo shipments to the United States.

This means that freight forwarders are no longer required to provide EBR documentation for U.S.-bound shipments from Europe and the CIS region. The change is a direct result of updated U.S. security regulations and simplifies the shipping process for our customers.

Important:

Shipments to Canada remain unaffected by this change. All existing security requirements for cargo destined for Canada continue to apply.

No other security documentation changes have been introduced at this time.

This update marks a return to previous procedures for U.S.-bound shipments and is welcome news for many of our customers.
