New Data Requirements for shipment to USA (final destination and transit) 

A new Cargo Security directive from US Transport Security Administration has been received having effect on all Air Carriers that transport cargo to or transiting through the United States.

Cargo

The new directive defines the updated requirements with regards to the data elements sent from the airline to ACAS. 

In addition to the data elements described in Section 3.3.1 of the Implementation Guide (and already being transmitted today), please also include the data element from Section 3.3.2 of the Implementation Guide, in the FHL and FWB transmission send to SAS Cargo.

  • Phone number and email of shipper
  • Phone number and email of consignee
  • Shipper Account Name (SHP or ESA if different)
  • Shipper Account Issuer (ISR)
  • Shipper Account Number (ACT)
  • Shipper Account Type (ACP)
  • Verified Known Consignor (KP)
  • Shipper account establishment date - (EST)
  • Shipper account billing type - (BLT)
  • IP Address (or MAC address of shipper, consignee, account creation, etc.)
  • Bio Data/Proof of Identity/Document Number Document Country
