How many administrators can my Branch have?

There is no limit for the number of administrators, but please note that an administrator is responsible for several tasks. 

Do I need an airwaybill stock to create a booking?

Yes you need to manually insert an Air Waybill number from your stock or you can use Assign from Stock. This will take next available Air Waybill number from your own stock.

How many days ahead can I book?

For now, this is set to 18 days. This can change so keep updated on our website.

What will happen to my existing bookings and data?

All your existing active bookings, allotments and data will be securely transferred to your new user ID. You will have access to all your branches active bookings once you log in with your new user ID.

Why can't I log in with my existing user ID?

As we are transitioning to a new system, old user IDs will not be compatible with our new platform. 

A new user ID is required to ensure that your data is accurately and securely migrated.

How will my personal information be protected during this change?

Protecting your personal information is our top priority. Our new system complies with the highest standards of data security and privacy to ensure that your personal and business data is handled securely.

Where can I see status of my shipment?

Login and go to the menu “Your Tools”, “My Shipments” and then “Manage Shipments”. 

Where do I approve users?

Only Administrators can approve or Reject users within their Branch. Go to “Your Tools”, then under “Admin” menu then click “User Administration” and then “My Branch Users”

How long does it take to approve a User?

Your administrator is responsible for approval of the branch users. Please ask your Administrator

Do I need to have an AWB number on hand to create a booking with SAS Cargo?

Yes, you need an AWB number on hand. System can not allocate a random number. But you can create a reference booking and add a number before tendering the goods. 

Can I use my existing AWB stock for new bookings on the new SAS Cargo website?

No. A new AWB stock is allocated to you and will be shared by e-mail to the registered administrator of sascargo.com at your company. If you have not received your new stock, please contact AWBSTOCK@SAS.DK. The existing stock will not be valid for booking from 1st September 2024.

How can I order new stock?

How quickly can I expect a new stock?

AWBSTOCK@sas.dk email is monitored 24/7 and reply can be expected within 30 min if all preconditions are met. 

Do I need to return the existing stock?

No, the existing stock will be voided by SAS CARGO.
